Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery if your fragrance isn't the right fit for you, subject to the conditions below.
You may also request a return, exchange, or appropriate resolution if:

Your order arrived damaged during shipping.

Your order is incomplete or contains missing items.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a scent-related return or exchange:

At least 90% of the original perfume must remain in the bottle.

The original bottle must be in good condition, without signs of damage or tampering.

The original packaging, box, and included accessories must be returned.

The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
HA ESSENCE reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-quality reasons, the following may not qualify for scent-related returns or exchanges:

Perfume bottles with less than 90% of the original fragrance remaining.

Products returned without their original bottle, packaging, or included accessories.

Products damaged through customer misuse, tampering, or improper handling.

Products returned outside the 15-day return window.

Products that do not meet the stated return conditions.
These restrictions do not prevent us from reviewing claims involving products received damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions and product inspection.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, our team will discuss the available alternatives with you.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued when a replacement is unavailable or when HA ESSENCE approves a refund request after reviewing the circumstances.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The refund method will be confirmed by our team and may depend on the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will coordinate an appropriate refund method with you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by HA ESSENCE.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

Please retain the product and its packaging until our team has reviewed your request. We will assess the issue and advise you on the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation by our support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under this cancellation process. Any subsequent request will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
