Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across Pakistan on every order.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Eligible perfume returns or exchanges may be requested within 15 days of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions. For scent-related returns, at least 90% of the original perfume must remain, and the original bottle, packaging, and included accessories must meet the return requirements.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
