Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–3 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

From time to time, HA ESSENCE may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • Your contact number is active and reachable.
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or an unavailable recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure the exact payment amount is available at the time of delivery for a smooth and quick handover.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy.
